The following replaces a previous Cantono PLC announcement titled 'TR1: 
Notification of Major Interests in Shares' sent on 3 February 2009 at 8.28am 
under RNS number: 6833M. 
Following the transaction the total number of shares held by Troon Management 
Services Limited is 6,844,750 resulting in a holding of 22.80% of the voting 
rights of Cantono PLC as shown in sections 7 and 8.
