Camco starts power production from Idaho biogas project

Clean Energy and carbon emissions specialist Camco (LON:CAO) said today it had started to produce power from its plant in Idaho that converts cow manure.
The 4.5MW project produces biogas from the manure of over 15,000 cows to produce renewable electricity.

The RNS today was excellent news but the price is down 5% during the day. I have seen this sort of irrational Market reaction before and is normally seen when a stock is over sold with an overhang of shares to clear.


It's just a matter of time until the potential is spotted. I saw this with Avon rubber picking up stock for six months with good news coming out but watching the share price fall To 20p it then traded sideways for six months at 70p and now is 300+.

I am not saying this stock is going todo the same but the potential is there and the fixation on Kyoto should be taken in contex as it's connection is only a part of this companies success and potential.

This coming days after the Durban conference is excellent news. This is a big project and shows Camco has income streams which are not reliant on carbon credit prices.
