Issue of Equity
Calyx, the largest single-source provider of information and communication
technology ("ICT") network solutions throughout Ireland, today announces that
841,751 new ordinary shares of Euro 0.10 each (the "New Ordinary Shares") have
been issued and allotted to the vendors of Mentec Limited, pursuant to the
acquisition agreement, as announced on 12 December 2006.
Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari
passu with existing ordinary shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM Market of
the London Stock Exchange and the IEX Market of the Irish Stock Exchange, and
admission is expected to take place at 8 a.m. on 9th July 2007.
The company's registered office has been changed to Unit 38, Boeing Road,
Airways Industrial Estate, Dublin 17.
