I have been preferring SMS because of its lack of debt and the likelihood of further PE sell down.

It has had a rally of 20% in the last month so I am happy.

Takeovers are always a bit of luck......I thought it unlikely that KKR would sell out so soon.

Good fortune for those who held here.....

Takeover at 261p.

Well done to buyers and holders here. Sold into the rise switching into what appeared to be better opportunities, certainly didn't see a takeover coming after it only floated earlier this year.

Clsn or SMS.....would currently go for SMS. No debt no PE owner overhang.

Calisen is a leading Meter Asset Provider (MAP), having provided 5.2 million smart meters to UK households with a further MAP pipeline of 6.5 million meters as at 31 December 2019.

Was listed by KKR in Feb at 240p. So not great timing, and plenty of debt. But big cashflow. And it was promoted to the FTSE 250 in June.
