Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that on 7 January 2025 it purchased 4,954 of its own ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") through J.P. Morgan Securities plc at an average price of 3541.76 pence per share. The purchased Ordinary Shares will be cancelled.

Following the above transaction, Caledonia's issued share capital includes 53,611,857 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.
