Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that on 6 January 2025 it purchased 9,627 of its own ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") through J.P. Morgan Securities plc at an average price of 3555.11 pence per share. The purchased Ordinary Shares will be cancelled.

	Weighted average price paid (pence):	3555.11

 

Following the above transaction, Caledonia's issued share capital includes 53,616,811 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.
