Cadogan have more cash reserves held outside ukraine , in fact in cash terms twice this value the company's worth with other assets not in Ukraine. This does not include the cash owed by Proger Managers & Partners Srl.

I assume cash in bank and possible Proger settlement would be our saving grace. Sad day all round.Let's hope Fhady isn't allowed to milk this till it runs dry. imho

Seems pretty straightforward loan agreement. PMP appear to be in default. Why is arbitration taking so long.

Proger went to arbitration in March 2021. A year with no progress reports.

I'm here it'srisky.. I still believe we'll get taken out on the cheap just before the business makes a fortune. Can't see Fhady offering much of a premium though!

Morning.

Don't see the point of posting here as no-one reads this board any longer? Does anyone still have an interest in posts about Cadogan?

It's the CEO that has killed any interest here.

The general lack of foreign exchange if the Hryvnia falls from an exodus into US dollars is another problem for Ukraine.

But most of Cadogan cash is already in dollars in a safe bank. Also Cadogan’s oil sales price is set in dollars, paid in Hryvnia, and converted back into dollars.

So a fall in Hryvnia hardly reduces the cash flow at all and doesn’t change the amount of dollars on deposit in the bank.

Some might say to shut down oil operations, decommission, and close the operational side of the business, and strangely that would send the share price up!

Yes, that’s a bit odd. Anything being said by Proger about a stock market listing?

No mention of Proger though.

Fady's operations review for 2021 has just 249 words that's 20% more than last year like the 20% increase in oil production.

The increase in production will mean a good profit for 2021 and increased cash at year end after another year without operational progress.

I'm hoping there's a plan to spend the cash, otherwise what's the point in running this business as it must be so boring.

Interesting that BDO resigned as auditors because they didn't think it was worthy of their time/experience. Can't see Grant Thornton doing it for peanuts either imho.

Bloody nightmare Ukraine law , anyway looks as if we get our wells back.
More importance now that Russia are looking to divert the gas through Ukraine.

Targatarga - Cadogan is cash rich and owns Assets around $48 million , just not loved but then does have around 4 High court cases going on + arbitration on default loan to Cadogan - which is always safe as worst case we get shares in Proger

Simple and short answer is that SGS will be unable to defend their action in refusing to issue a permit for Bitlyanska. This is evident from Thordon's earlier post.

Fady's bonus if there is a recovery of the Proger loan is 50% convertible into shares with a minimum conversion price of 3p.

So board of directors thought that 3p was a bargain price for Fady to receive his bonus shares. Also any shares must be held for 2 years.

I personally think Fady will buy large chunks of shares when they're available . Won't be long before he's a major holder. Imho
