Can't really see reverse takeover working as the two companies hate each other and as Proger is really a service company, its goodwill could walk out the door tomorrow. I would imagine the contracts are tied up by the senior bosses and shareholders who don't want to return the money....getting cash seems the only viable option to me.....if proger can produce it which I'm guessing they can't right now

A lot of legal claims being pursued. Risky but has potential.
Still a Proger reverse takeover would delete 2 birds.

This tread seems dead at present.

Cadogan historical results affected by COVID and significant oil and gas price volatility.

2020 results not as bad as expected in those circumstances. Small loss for the year.

Administrative costs reduced by 33%.

Cash position has improved to $13.3m after sales of gas in storage. Cash held in UK banks unaffected by currency volatility.

No surprise that reserves little changed.

2021 operating outlook better with all Blazhiv wells producing and price oil having climbed now from the 2020 average $32.9/barrel.

Litigation proceedings annoying slow. But Cadogan has the arguments for a positive outcome in all its legal cases.

Here is a reminder of the history of Cadogan and its activities more recently at the well Blazhiv-10 in 2019 ...

"Blazhiv-10 is the last well drilled by the company. Despite the complex geological section, as well as the complexity of drilling conditions, which were associated with a large thickness in terms of weakly consolidated sediments of Vorotishche and Polyanytsia world Miocene, drilling through which is accompanied by constant landslides, the well was drilled in a record 74 days."

This is good news because the Supreme Court found no reason to deny Cadogan an appeal.So Pirkivska licence renewal should be validated when the Supreme Court judges have looked at the case papers.

Monastyretska development

Yusenko Nadra has plans to drill four development wells outside the Blazhiv oil field into other structures on the Monastyretska licence.

I can only read English so relying on the translation as here ..



I now want to check on progress with the Environmental Impact Assessment here ..



The conclusion of the EIA was published April 24th 2020 as document 5.

Can anyone help me here with the conclusion?

Gas trading

Has the gas trading business resumed trading again this year? Last H1 2020 results showed no activity at all from trading.

Was the only trading last year the sale of existing gas inventories?

This trading business could be run on very few staff. Latest figures show 80 staff across the Cadogan business. Unknown how many staff are employed in gas trading.

Staff costs and numbers are too high across the whole of Cadogan for a business with revenues just from oil sales and services.

Any ideas or comments?

The court challenge for Pirkviska license is not over, Astrogaz LLC/Cadogan have another chance.

Set a deadline for filing a response to the cassation appeal within ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this decision and explain that the response is accompanied by evidence of sending (providing) copies and documents attached to it to other participants in the case.

The term established by court can be prolonged at the request of the person if impossibility of performance of the corresponding procedural action in the certain term is caused by the restrictions imposed in connection with quarantine.

The decision comes into force from the moment of its signing by judges, is final and is not subject to appeal.
