The Companies would like to announce the retirement of Chris Train as the Chief Executive Officer of Cadent Gas Limited. Steve Hurrell will be appointed as the interim Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect, until the board of directors of Cadent Gas Limited (the "Board") can complete its search for a successor.
