The problem is that the BOD do not have a USP. Their business model seems to be one of give me some money so that I can buy some shares and pay myself for the privilege. If the shares go up then I have justified my role otherwise give me some more money so that I can try my luck elsewhere.

Check Out KDNC Market Cap On ADVFN it's where some of us that got mugged good and proper a few years ago thought it would go im done with shares now I only check in for the Bullseye moment to see what I could have had I HAVE A VERY LONG WAIT..
