The stock market sometimes beggars belief - such as with this share, especially given the BCN off take deal. I look at the price, and then at the company's underlying assets, and I can't quite believe my eyes. And yet the market does nothing about it!

Cadence (REM) actually control 43% of this whole lithium site , as follows;

The Sonora Lithium Project and Details of Cadence's ownership:
Cadence owns a direct interest of 19.12 % of Bacanora. The Sonora Lithium Project is comprised of the following lithium properties:
- La Ventana, La Ventana 1, and Megalit concessions, which are 100 percent owned by Minera Sonora Borax S.A. de C.V.("MSB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bacanora; Cadence, through its direct interest of 19.12 % of Bacanora, has an indirect interest in these concessions of 19.12%.
- El Sauz, El Sauz 1, El Sauz 2, Fleur and Fleur 1 concessions, which are held by Mexilit S.A. de C.V. ("Mexilit"). Cadence has a 43% direct interest in Mexalit through its Joint Venture with Bacanora, and when combined with Cadence's direct interest of 19.12 % in Bacanora, has a total economic interest in Mexalit of 43%.
- The Buenavista, and San Gabriel concessions, which are held by Megalit S.A de C.V ("Megalit"). Cadence has a 30% direct interest in Megalit through its Joint Venture with Bacanora, and when combined with Cadence's direct interest of 19.2% in Bacanora, has a total economic interest in Megalit of 43%.

Robert - I think what you say is correct - all the other ventures in which Cadence has an interest need revaluing and think this will happen when more confirmed test results are published and costs/funding requirements are known - stating the obvious I know, but it's on the verge of going skywards!Cadence is a fantastic route into the Lithium industry!For interest the M. Cap of Cadence is £40mn that of Bacanora - £106 Mn. With roughly a 20% holding in BCN = £20Mn that puts a value of less than £20 Mn for all its other holdings.

KDNC have about 20% of EMH - a pretty sizeable chunk of what will shortly be an extremely valuable company. Please check with website for precise %. I also think Yangibana is worth a lot more money than people are currently thinking.

Well, there is still the EMH pre-feasibility study to come by the end of this month, so there is plenty of upside here. KDNC shares are very seriously underpriced compared to the company's underlying holdings; I'm sure the market will wake up to this anomaly eventually.

Unnecessary traffic lights, traffic lights and pedestrian crossing lights set to punish vehicles. Temp traffic lights, Minor road closures to through traffic, humps and above all, cycle lanes and bus lanes are far, far worse for congestion and resultant pollution.
