Cyfalafwr: the price of BCN may have increased because they sold?

Poor move to sell the BCN shares when they did missing the recent rise. Makes one wonder.

The demand for lithium is increasing and this lot is moving downhill.

Its not all about EV's

This is on a highway to nowhere. I can't believe that I actually held these at 2p and sold at 0.6p only to see them since halve. They will surely end up almost worthless and the company can't even be valued on the prices of its investments because if they sold anything it would probably be at a discount to current market value as in the case of BCN. I don't know how much cash they have left after tidying up the balance sheet but it would not surprise me if it's fast running out!

FQR714BHP...I sold out 2 years ago. I check back to see how its progressing, which it is not!. I can't honestly believe anyone holds any of these shares, they are worthless!. Why invest here?, if you want shares in other lithium miners just buy direct, not through this lot. There is no return nor will there ever be a return here...

Clear as day, Lower Lows, followed by Lower Highs and to cap it all they changed their name, need I say anymore.

Oh! I forgot to mention, just how much the directors pay themselves just to invest other peoples money in other companies shares.

just wait for the drip down to 0.2, load up in that region, and then take advantage of the god-almighty bounce that will no doubt coincide (be orchestrated)with some good news release. Look at the chart; repeating pattern. clear as day.

Very depressing that I was really fired up by this share 2 or 3 years ago but the chart of late looks like a downhill ski slope. I look at the ones I put in an Isa a while back with an average price of 1.4p and here we are at less than a quarter of that! Personally I was very disappointed to see them sell part of their stake in Bacanora as that has always been the exciting part here and look what it would have been worth even now just a couple of months later. Really hoping they turn things round but as Ross said above each time you think it surely can't go lower - it does.

Every time this drops a little more I can't help thinking that it can't go any lower and yet it does. It's not really surprising because their assets are only realisable when they can be extracted and sold. Which project will start producing income first and when and what does it cost shareholders in the meantime to keep the ship afloat?

Nice rise this morning, presumably a result of the rises seen in the BCN share price.
I imagine people are seeing KDNC as a way of gaining cheap exposure to BCN.

Let’s hope that holding 9% of a company whose share price has increased 40% since the start of October, begins to exert an anti gravitational pull upwards on the KDNC share price !

They used to have almost 20% from memory but allowed it to fall as BCN issued more shares (dilution) and then sold off a large chunk leaving around 9%. BCN has shot up since the sale.

This is a mess and a disaster. The directors don't know what to do IMO. There seems to be no coherent strategy. They used their investments (shares in miners) as collateral for loans to invest in new shares in miners and converted the loans raised into new shares (dilution). They sell off a large part of what I consider to be the jewel in the crown (BCN) at a discount to market value to repay old loans and also take out new koans so that they can now invest in more shares in miners on the pretext that they are wanting to invest in projects with shorter development lead times ie companies that may produce income sooner than years away. Have I missed anything?

With 7,85 billion shares issued, really, where can this go?. IMO, there is little hope, they should have started mining in Mexico years ago and got on with it...this will go broke!. Where are the investors returns going to come from?, selling shares in other companies that they have bought into?. All anyone is buying into here is promises and hopes, this is just a lifestyle aim company that will go nowhere...hope I'm wrong but I've been doing this for many years. Coupled to the fact that lithium is now starting to slide due to newer technologies in battery construction.
