This company has a dubious business strategy, much akin too an investment trust. Primarily investing in early exploration companies, nothing wrong there, but it suffers from the double whammy of dilution, both by the company it invests in and by its own corporate needs. If it wasn’t for Amapa I’d be out by now, the only other significant asset is EMH. However, the value seen in Amapa, with a high IO price and reasonable shipping costs has changed since the initial attractiveness was seen, still a valuable asset but they are going to need significant capital to bring this back into operation, so not a clear money maker here.

Im sorry but anyone who knows the history of this cant take anyone seriously that makes comments like "riches beyond belief" ! We were at 30p not so long ago and now we are sub 20p even though we have 27% of Amapa and EMH flying -- seems the market is seeing something amiss here.

Yes, very well and was invested prior to Sonora discovery. The business is very different today and we are all set to make loads of money with such a tiny market capitalisation. I am sure that if we were a penny share there would be much more volume and activity today. Those that know are sitting quietly for riches beyond belief!

European Metal Holdings now back at 139.09M valuation and KDNC owns 9.39% of that too

Well he certainly wasn't going to go to market again just a month after his Open Offer had a less than 50% take up and with the share price sitting close to 20% below the OO price. £750k clearly wasn't enough for him to feel comfortable

You can read to a certain extent that they are mindful of shareholders nervousness of placings, as KM does have a lot of form for springing dilution on shareholders out of the blue on many occasions over the years.

We own Mojito minerals and through a joint venture with Yangibana.Scandium features in the takeover announcement for MojitoCould prove to bolster our resource valuation once some moves take place to expedite the development.

The only use I know of for Scandium is for stiffening steel I think ?

Do any of our interests (EMH or Yangibana) have associated Nickel or scandium?

If they begin shipping the stockpile and it's a locked in deal, then I think the share price will start moving north and rapidly in my view.

Clearly a lot of anxious punters over invested and its spilling out onto the board this was in the 15s not too long ago loks like it could easily retest those lows the PFS will be ina couple of months theres no news to take this share price forward .
Its for that reason "IM OUT "

The LSE board for this share is like a war zone ! But I guess expectations have been set very high for this share since the REM days and thats the cause of a lot of the acrimony.

Yes, you're absolutely right about that. Even though I should be kicking myself about leaving the OO alone and taking the risk to wait for the share price to go under the placing price, as they very often do, I felt a sort of loyalty and belief in the management, to support their funding effort. Crazy really, but I do believe in the Amapa project and its outstanding potential fundamentals. Without the necessary funds, kdnc wouldn't be able to have gone to 27%.

Lol! Impressive one-upmanship. You clearly have significantly more success and greater resources than me so for that I congratulate you. Sincerely.

The inescapable truth, however, is that you would currently be holding more - or would have spent less - had you not bought that tranch in the OO... which was kind of my original point

I did. About 200k worth, in addition to my OO allocation. Lowest price paid was 15.25p.

Glad you're pleased but imagine how much happier you'd be if you'd bought them on the open market for 25% less!

Btw I thought the same about Sonora, "the Saudi Arabia of lithium..."

Yes, I am. We've finally got 27% of a very valuable asset that will pay for itself many times over in the next few years.

Massive trust issues here, that's the problem. Anyone who participated in the Open Offer must be thrilled to bits
