2021 Long Term Incentive Plan ('LTIP') Awards
On 15 June 2021, the Company's Executive Directors were granted the following awards under the LTIP, in the form of nil cost options over EUR0.01 ordinary shares in the Company:

(1) Number of shares calculated by reference to the closing share price of the day before the date of grant converted into EUR, being GBP2.352 (EUR2.738).
It is intended that the awards will vest subject to the satisfaction of performance metrics based on Earnings per Share, Free Cash Flow and an Environmental metric assessed across the three year performance period FY2022 - FY2024.
No award will vest until the end of the full three year assessment period, and the Executive Directors' awards will then be subject to a further two year holding period.
The details of the performance metrics are expected to be finalised by July and will be confirmed in a separate announcement when finalised and set out in the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the period ended 28 February 2022.
