    Resignation of nominated adviser and broker

    Business Direct Group plc (the "Company"), acting by its Administrators, announces that it was notified on 1 September 2008 by its
nominated adviser and broker, Arden Partners plc ("Arden"), of Arden's intention to resign with effect from 1 October 2008.

    Under the AIM Rules, the Company has one month after 1 October 2008 to appoint a replacement nominated adviser. If the Company fails to
appoint a new nominated adviser within this period, the AIM admission of its shares will be cancelled by the London Stock Exchange at 7.00
am on 3 November 2008.
