    Report & Accounts

    Pursuant to Rule 20 of the AIM Rules, Business Direct (AIM : BDG) hereby notifies that copies of its Report and Financial Statements for
the year ended 31 January 2008 and Notice of AGM have today been mailed to shareholders. 

    Statutory financial statements for 2008 will be delivered to the Registrar of Companies following the Annual General Meeting. The
auditors have reported on the financial statements to 31 January 2008. 

    Their report was unqualified but contained the following emphasis of matter paragraph: 

    Emphasis of matter - Going concern

    In forming our opinion on the financial statements, which is not qualified, we have considered the adequacy of the disclosure made in
the accounting policies concerning the group's ability to continue as a going concern. The group incurred a net loss of £4,268,000 during
the year ended 31 January 2008 and, at that date, the group's current liabilities exceeded its current assets by £3,821,000. These
conditions, along with the other matters explained in the accounting policies, indicate the existence of a material uncertainty which may
cast doubt about the group's ability to continue as a going concern. The financial statements do not include the adjustments that might
result if the group were unable to continue as a going concern.


    Annual General Meeting

    The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at its Head Office, Xchange House, 1 Great Central Way, Butlers Leap, Rugby,
Warwickshire, CV21 3XH, on 20 August 2008 at 10.00 am. The Notice of Meeting has been set out in the Annual Report and Financial Statements.
