Do you have evidence to counter his view? He has at least looked up recent clients to see what happened after appointment ie no dilution?Dont bother replying as I know you will just twist it or change topic

You do know wikipenny has a history of posting false I lnformation ...like proof duferco cleared 2 months ago...which turned out to be not proof immediately with anyone with any basic knowledge ...

SO let's just get this straight the 12th largest bank in the world ...and wikipenny is implying that their research shows rbc don't get involved in dilution...the stuff you post as a balanced poster ...really?? It's absurd and desperate...

Yes like we have caused the share price to fall to 8.25 p to sell...the company has that little cash it had to pay prim off 8n shares c $2 mill ...despite GAH saying it was a certainty to be settled in cash ....if you can't see they need to raise to get to expansion you should take a reality check ....if you think a jSE listing doesn't come with ii dilution you simply don't know what fortune has Said ...someone of your corporate position must surely know how this rolls

And yes it's fitting to mention Orion as some pretend the clns and lifetime royalty simply don't exist a but like 2 months of price falls

It's chicken an egg a bit with vfrbs constantly on the cusp ...but needing electrolyte supply to deliver sales...invinty have only announced 1 sale all year it's just not cutting the mustard ..it's only worth raising in my opinion if vfrbs will be a big success..

The best hope imo is if the USA having seen china motor ahead want to secure supply from both largo and bmn to play catch up with china which would make sense for a nasdaq listing . Ies also having engaged a USA broker and intimated that they will Nasdaq list also . Pursuing SA vfrb seems a poor strategy compared to USA if they can just sell electrolyte into the usa. The yanks have the money and capability to make it happen .

I wouldn’t personally have too much of an issue with another placing or the like as long as it paid for something over and above what we have already borrowed for.

The delay and lack of clarity around the Orion funding for the Vametco expansion needs explaining before we dilute further and pay for the same expansion twice.

Where’s the cash gone, why is it taking so long to deploy it if they still have it and why aren’t we at 6,800 mtv already or at least a plan?

Yes the lower the share price the easier it is for fortune to potentially attract his desired institutions....unfortunately this isn't looking like a conspiracy theory more like a conspired plan....

What might help is a pillory and stocks where tomatoes and rotten cabbages can be hurled or just vote accordingly at the AGM ...

I'm losing money here but sone folk must have lost their undies now let's hope it bounces soon and I'm right that duferco haven't yet cleared but soon will ...if they have already and there is another big seller it's very grim ...
