Morning JC: I’ve said it many times that I’m a realist when it comes to investing and relying on people I’ve never met to deliver. We’re all on these bb’s offering mainly opinions and occasionally facts. There’s more than enough people focusing only on the positives or turning a blind eye to failure.

If I have reason to chat about failure then you have to blame the BoD. They are giving me the ammunition. I’ve only ever posted facts albeit negative ones to date. I’ve offered anyone that chooses to attack me such as yourself the opportunity to ignore me, engage constructively, verify information or prove me wrong, but time and time again people like you go off on a tangent and focus on my shareholding. Why does my holding matter? One share or 7,000,000 does it change the facts. I don’t make wild statements like many do. I don’t offer minute by minute commentary of the share price movements. I comment on real issues that affect the share price in a negative way which affects every investor.

Some of the issues I highlight might have started several years ago, but affect us and our wealth everyday now and in the future. We were meant to be producing 5,000 mtv now from Vametco. At no point has Fortune offered any commentary on this failure. He totally overlooks that he promised that level of production via a 3 phase expansion plan with completion this year. Instead, without explanation he now says that level of production is 3 to 5 years away! Why? Why if there is a structural deficit in the Vanadium market would he delay bringIng just 700 mtv (approximately) extra tons to the global market? We don’t know, because he has brushed his promise under the carpet and refuses to explain the rationale behind his decision. Meanwhile the share price gets decimated and growth stalls.

However, we know that is just one of his failures. The list of failures I posted the other day are current and forward looking. The man just can’t deliver a project on time and his track record does not inspire confidence going forward.

The electrolyte plant was expected to start production in 2019, but again without explanation this hasn’t happened. We can only guess that at some stage in 2021 the plant will start production, but we don’t know because the company won’t provide timelines. The same is true for the minigrid project.

RESEARCH NOTE BUSHVELD MINERALS RESOURCE: BMN 552 MT PRODUCTION / PROCESSORS:BMN Currently produce 4,300 metric tonnes of Vanadium from two processing facilities Vametco and Vanchem. Circa 5% of current world output. Fully financed to increase production to 7,000 within 2 years.DOWNSTREAM OPPORTUNITIES:BMN: Have invested more than 4 years in developing the business model to tap into the multi billion dollar energy storage market. Vertical integration allows them to profit from the entire supply chain from mining, processing and sale of the vanadium, vanadium electrolyte and VRFB's (energy storage batteries)This integration will give them the unique opportunity to generate revenue from up to 6 different income streams from a single project.1.Sale of mined vanadium (potential to sell ore mined from high grade deposits2.Sale of processed vanadium as vanadium Nitrovan, Vanadium Pentoxide or Ferro Vanadium3.Sale of value added electrolyte. Can be sold for 70-100% premium to mined vanadium4.Project management of large VRFB deployments with PV solar panels / wind power turbines5.Sale of VRFB's via 84% owned subsidiary Bushveld Energy if in Africa or via indirect equity stakes in Invinity Energy 8.71% and Enerox; 25-50% if outside of Africa6.Sale of excess electricity generated back to the gridThe energy storage market is expected to be worth $500 billion dollars within 10 years. It is currently growing rapidly at a rate of 58% per annum.BMN are currently tendering for multiple big scale 200m+ energy storage contracts with Eskom, biggest utility provider in SA. Tender results expected end of Dec. Vrfb's are fast gaining traction and recognition for large long duration grid scale applications due to their superior charge and discharge qualities with no degradation, very high safety (zero fire risk unlike Lithium batteries), low cost (per kWh stored) and affordability due to BMN's unique vanadium electrolyte rental model which significantly reduces upfront capital cost to an affordable yearly rental over a minimum 20 yr period. After 20yrs the electrolyte which has been rented can be sold to the steel market or reused as electrolyte. This gives BMN long term exponential revenue growth which would demand a higher price to earnings multiple due to long term earnings visibility. This model is essentially a recession proof model as during low vanadium price cycles BMN would generate a higher margin on their electrolyte sales (due to lower input cost of vanadium) whilst during high pricing cycles a higher margin on vanadium sales to the steel market. A win win situation.MANAGEMENT:BMN: Fortune Mojapelo considered a very astute deal maker. Has a big reputation for pulling off transformational value accretive deals at minimal dilution.

Zwift,

He may state facts but they are cherry picked to accentuate the negative. To punish a company for all the negatives and not reward it for the positives is a ridiculous position.

His knowledge of business is dubious. He is still in 2017. The business environment changes and you have to move with it. Little point in dwelling on ancient history.

You have to have some sympathy for nvhltd. He has lost a lot of money here, buying high and selling at the bottom when he couldn’t take it any more. Any rise is going to be extremely galling for him and it wouldn’t surprise anyone if he repeated the mistakes of the past.

Gah:

You’ve been a total embarrassment today. Give the share price predictions a miss. You guys never learn. We get a small rise and every man and his dog provides a running commentary of each and every trade.

“14.75p paid, going up as predicted”.

Please no more predictions. You’re rubbish at at it just like JC with his technical analysis.
