That tr1 was published last week. Despite his buying spree since then - he has someway to go before the next reportable level is reached. If and when it does it'll be irrelevant anyway, Everyone is fully aware of what he's doing, why he's doing it - and what his aspirations are - and he's made no secret about it.However the main point is - despite all the ridiculous claims of today's pumper and dumpers - there is no new reputable institution that is in the least bit interested in this company.
