Gross revenue PFA top-up, on the same terms as the existing PFA during the tenure of the Term Loan, except for the following ("Additional PFA"):

o PFA repayment rate of 0.22% with a realised kgV of less than US$47/kgV.

o PFA repayment rate of 0.18% with a realised kgV of greater than US$47/kgV.

o Once the Term Loan has matured in June 2027, the top-up PFA rate will reduce by a further 80% for the life of mine.

I look at the reality..there is only 1 set of kunts lying and morons like you lap it up..
Posting articles from the BBC the actual falls in v price and exposing lse eternal ramping is not lying is it..but you wouldn't know as you seem incapable of actually reading anything..
The share price redirects the reality ..

I do my own research thnx something you are not capable of ...

Anyone thinking Vanadium sales/growth is only about steel (and a bit of aerospace) need to wake up .. the real growth in the next decade will all be about vrfb storage.https://twitter.com/FIREMusings/status/1664952840060563458?s=19And when steel demand returns, V prices will be uncontrollable!!

Average V price around $35.75 ($33 EU and $38.5 US) before Nitrovan and Vanchem chemicals premium. Cash-flow positive at the bottom of the price curve!Just imagine the price and profits when steel demand returns to normal. In the meantime VRFB's will continue to grow rapidly, H2 will a huge surge in VRFB demand!! Net asset value over 8p and Orion taking 5% at 6p. All set for a great turnaround, absolute no brainer!!
