04/4/2017 22:45 | Are you Alfacomp or marmite minor ? If no one takes any notice of these boards why are you worried? And why so much ramping on the LSE board ? | wolf_in_the_bath
04/4/2017 22:32 | I think you are all the same person...do really think anybody takes any notice ...and bookworm who sold out of BMN just before the big rise and then invested in BMR just before a 40% decline.... what a shambles | sonofbanjosinger
04/4/2017 22:25 | LSE BMN board was horrible today 2 well informed posters Jimmyst and Blueface got shafted in my opinion for asking questions about the share price as to the recent dip considering the good RNS ? Think certain people there are ramping this up for there own benefit ? Any thoughts guys ? What do you think bookworm? | wolf_in_the_bath
04/4/2017 22:16 | Im sick of the hype on the LSE board regarding this stock , it's full of bullies there , as I saw them bullying 2 well informed posters today and had them removed, what are they trying to cover up ? I'd like more information on this stock hence why I'm giving this board a try ? Can anyone please help me but not if your called Minorminer ; ) | wolf_in_the_bath
04/4/2017 14:25 | Bit frantic on LSE In spite of news is this really likely to go much higher before the presentation to the people that matter? If it goes up further now, they're probably only going to feel they have been allowed to miss out. A small retrace even, would perhaps allow them to feel that they've instantly made the right choice if/when they buy in after the presentation. "Nothing is random" as they use to say on Range. | thegrumpster
04/4/2017 14:08 | @bookworm don't try that line over on LSE. They are delusional. They've placed a value of $360m on the asset they are acquiring or 20% thereof I'm not quite sure. Bottom line though is that 41m new shares are going to hit the tape now PDQ in my opinion. | loglorry1
04/4/2017 14:05 | Actually, thinking more about loglorry's post and the new deal, perhaps I should have replaced the word suicidal with the word corrupt. I can't think of any other reason for making such an incredibly disadvantageous deal except dirty dealings. But maybe I'm too cynical. | bookwormrobert
04/4/2017 14:02 | Well, my short is nicely in money now. Other than the general problems associated with investing in South Africa nowadays, the deals that Bushveld are doing seem completely suicidal. I'm beginning to wonder if Fortune isn't a complete fantasist and megalomaniac. What the heck is he playing at?!? | bookwormrobert
04/4/2017 13:30 | Loggy is Frothy paying you here as well ? | westbywest
04/4/2017 13:27 | Horrible deal announced by BMN They are paying 41m shares for a 49.5% share of a tin mine at a priviously agreed sale price of £650K. That values each share at 1.6p. They are also taking on £1m in debt from the vendor! There are no lock-ins for the shares so no doubt they'll find there way to market pretty quickly! | loglorry1
02/4/2017 07:52 | Some 'Alternative Facts' regarding Zuma's precipitous actions. The nuclear issue is massive and should it ever go ahead, will be very bad news for SA finances and future renewables investment... What happened when Gordhan was in London, according to Vytjie Mentor CabinetReshuffle opens the door for a nuclear deal Zuma, the Guptas and the Russians — the inside story | katylied
01/4/2017 13:11 | Loglorry Lets see what unfolds next couple of weeks I think you may be in for a surprise | kevkan
01/4/2017 11:22 | Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz | gah123
01/4/2017 10:44 | @gah why didn't BMN close the debt funding at end of March as they said they would? They had months to get ut done. | loglorry1
01/4/2017 10:38 | Loglorry1 - I'm sorry but your talking rubbish once again. You come across clueless or someone posting with an agenda. If you have a short to close I would close first thing Monday. So much positive transformational news due, all in a short space of time on top of the completion rns we had on friday. This usually only means one thing multi multi bagger. | gah123
01/4/2017 10:28 | @kevkan I think if you look back a bit further you'll see an RNS stating that the full debt funding was also at an advanced stage. They said term sheets were about to be signed. Yet what happened? They didn't complete it & instead had to take a very expensive bridging loan. Now they "intend" to avoid an equity issue. I might intend to live forever but so what? No mention of mezzanine debt now. Yes lots of ramping on LSE. Seen it all before. Means nothing. Have a look at the CTAG thread back at Christmas time. Same overconfidence there. Of course BMN may pull off cheap debt funding to buy Vametco for $16m which will produce $11m operating profit a year. It seems almost too good to be true though doesn't it? | loglorry1
01/4/2017 10:17 | Agreed .. and already the best preforming share of the year.... | sonofbanjosinger
01/4/2017 09:32 | Best company on AIM for share appreciation in the next 2 years. Get in while you can, or buy back if your a shorter ASAP | gah123
01/4/2017 08:48 | It's called a 'bridge' loan, because it's used as a short term 'bridge' to another longer term financing; such as when an asset can be used as security. It's not rocket science... | dmitribollokov
01/4/2017 08:06 | Taken from RNS Thu, 30th Mar 2017 07:00 BVL intends to refinance the Bridge Loan following completion of the Acquisition and discussions are advanced in this regard. There is no expectation that any refinance will be completed through an equity issue. Note the word ADVANCED usually means about to happen, my understanding is you can not tell porkies contained in an RNS statement unlike some of the dribble I have just read | kevkan
01/4/2017 00:48 | Loglorry....why not go back on the LSE board and see how far you get ....you messed with the best ....now wake up and smell the coffee ....do you reckon many of the LTHs will be cashing out with their mear 500, 400, 300 gains ...I don't think so. | sonofbanjosinger
01/4/2017 00:41 | Sometimes Tom you just get it plain wrong ...you made it personal with Fortune ....and now your getting payback.... | sonofbanjosinger |
