Burberry Group plc ("Burberry") announces that on 8 December 2016 it purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 0.05 pence each on the London Stock Exchange from Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc. Such purchase was effected pursuant to instructions issued by Burberry on 19 July 2016, as announced on 20 July 2016:
