Burberry Group plc (the "Company") - Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

The Company received notification on 8 May 2024 that, on 4 August 2023, Alan Stewart, a Non-Executive Director, purchased 42 Ordinary Shares of 0.05 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 2,201.5 pence per Share following the reinvestment of the Company's Final Dividend for the 52 weeks to 1 April 2023 paid to shareholders on 4 August 2023.
