Possible cancellation of the admission of the Company's shares to trading on AIM 
 
 
Bulgarian Land Development Plc (the "Company"), the AIM listed Bulgarian 
residential and commercial development company, announces that the Board is 
considering putting to shareholders proposals to cancel the admission of the 
Company's ordinary shares to trading on AIM ("De-listing"). 
 
 
In conjunction with a possible De-listing, the Company would propose making a 
tender offer (the "Tender") to all shareholders at or around the current market 
price of the Company's shares, payable out of the Company's cash resources. 
Should the De- listing proceed, the tender price would be at a premium to the 
current bid price of 26p per share. The Tender would give smaller shareholders 
the opportunity to realise their investment in the Company in full should they 
wish to do so. 
 
 
The Company will make a further announcement in due course once it has completed 
its deliberations.
