residential and commercial development company, received notification on 28 July 
2010 that AG Capital Management AD bought a total of 400,000 ordinary shares at 
an average price 16.25p per share on 28 July 2010. 
 
The beneficial interest of AG Capital Management AD following this transaction 
is 11,054,988 ordinary shares representing c.27.64% of the total issued share 
capital of the Company. (of which ordinary shares 1,425,000 are held directly by 
Christo Iliev, 95,000 are held directly by Dimitar Savov and 9,534,988 are held 
by AG Capital Management AD).
