Posted at 01/5/2010 08:58 by grahamg8 Eurovision, nice to see a thread header but unfortunately no one interested enough to post. On 3 August 2009 the adjusted NAV was 80.1pps compared with todays share price of 17p. So on the face of it BLD is hugely undervalued. But allow a discount for a small company, property, Eastern Europe, majority of shares held by the Directors who want to take it private then the attractions are rather less. Provisional offer, later withdrawn, to take out investors at 30p seemed pretty mean at the time. Dump the shares and move on, or hold/build and keep fingers crossed that value will out in the end? A difficult decision. |
