BT’s free cash flow (FCF) outlook remains high enough to allow BT to maintain its 10% dividend growth guidance for fiscal year’s 2017 and 2018. BT will report its Q3 results this Friday, so there will be more clarity on these issues, but with the stock now trading on only 5.6x FY-18 EV/EBITDA and yielding 5.4%, we retain our Buy recommendation with Target Price now 360p (previously 440p). - 25/01/17

I am interested in how we look to be entering an inflationary cycle. Protectionism in the US extending to other countries and devaluation of the GBP will, I feel bring it back and - in a typical spiral fashion - start requiring direct corrective action by central banks in 18 months time.If so - those companies with strong pricing power will benefit (BT among them) and stocks with significant pension deficits (BT among them) will see some relief. To me - at £3 and paying a very decent dividend - BT looks a good solid hedge against Trumponomics and Brexit.

US markets are powering ahead, should be supportive here, patience required before buyers here see substantive returns. Buy when others are fearful as usual.

The word is 'could' not 'will'.

So similarly, one might post:

Word is could rise to £6.00 from here."
(apparently, substantiation is not necessary)
