I'm enjoying this gradual recovery, witnessed over the last month or so.
I wonder if, or how long, it will take to return to the level it was at the turn of the year.

We matched the recent intra day high of 245.85 and closed at 245.45, I'll take that.

Two weeks to figures, it's starting to look more promising.

Finals in a couple of weeks time. This is the big one. So share price will tread water until then.

We're at a junction point still not full broken out.

It's certainly hitting a bit of resistance at that 244/5 level, which it's visited several times in the past week and a half.

The more times it hits it, the less and less the resistance becomes, so hopefully a further push later today/this week, will see us through and head upwards to the 275p level.

The recent highs(?) from the end of February were 245.85p intra day, 244.05p close, which now look to be within reach.

If/when those marks are bettered I'd expect to see the price move upwards more rapidly in the run up to figures on May 10th.

From BTPS website: Section C Court Case: Appeal - Further to our update in February, BT was granted permission to appeal the High Court judgment to the Court of Appeal. The Court has now confirmed that the hearing will begin on 9 October 2018 and is estimated to last 3 days. The Scheme’s website will continue to be updated with the latest news on this matter.
