Well it's my view, if you see a reason and price to buy x, that's been pretty well correlated to something else ...always wait the something else to call too

Even if intend holding a long time, why be in the red for more than the initial commencing hour?

So it goes to say given FTSE, and BT high at a sell price today, it's hardly an investors time to buy 😂

I assume the hedgies are anticipating a detrimental ruling - mkt cap currently at MY lows, highly risky to short if there wasnt any potentially bad news on the horizon

you say uk markets are are broken yet you continue to invest here - what does that say about your intelligence and state of mind?

your continued badgering is ruining the only good bt thread, im sorry to tell you people are about as interested in your trolling as your so called facts...

brexit is a major contributor to the uk's plight, only brexit nutjobs dispute that

What I write is not necessarily rhetorical. I am just stating facts as to why our markets are depressed and have such low valuations.
Part of Problem solving is understanding the reasons behind the problem. You do not have the IQ to understand that, therefore you just waffle.

I think its you doing the waffling, thats what you do day after day, nobody even bothers to reply to your waffle and moaning. When I did with an actual fact, you went into troll mode. And it has continued today. The lloyds board is full of people like you, why not try there, you might like it and it would certainly improve this board.

I'm stating facts, you're just waffling nonsense. All 3 current bids are by Foreign entities. You can't dispute that.
Even BT is 50% Foreign owned.

isisi guess if you dont understand it must seem simplistic to you, i cant help with that...but then, you've been saying the uk market is broken for years and years and years but still continue to invest here..i cant help you with those issues eitherdont worry the uk will bounce back, from what point is the question

So why are Foreign Companies queuing up to buy British Companies on the cheap??
Does not back up your simplistic reasoning.

I think we have enough Foreign money going into UK stocks, we need some British money - namely Pension Funds.

sitoo true, the uk is seen by many in the uk and around the world as much less investible since brexit - they are not remoaners and they may even be wrong, but the fact is they are putting their money elsewhere because of it...is it permanent? almost certainly not, but it may be a while...

No need for that. Just stop forcing them to buy bonds.

This is a very fair question - the FTSE is no longer the premium exchange it once was and yet still charges as if it were.Gov shld force pension funds to hold at least 50% in UK stocks

almost 2% up and then a monumental dump. It wont carry on for much longer I think but you have to admire the skill of the shorters / bots
