Close of Offers to New Applications
The Companies launched offers for subscription on 20 September 2023 seeking to raise £90 million in aggregate for the 2023/24 tax year (the "Offers").
As a result of a strong level of demand, the Companies have now received applications to the maximum level permitted and, as a consequence, the Offers are now closed to new applications.
The allotment of the first £30 million of Applications took place on 30 January 2024. It is intended that the second and final allotment for the 2023/24 tax year will take place on or around 3 April 2024, with certificates issued within 10 working days thereafter.
The Companies have issued a prospectus relating to the Offers (the "Prospectus"), which is available from the Company's website:
