Long-Term Incentive Plan ('LTIP') Grant

The British Land Company PLC (the 'Company') announces that on 2 August 2021 a conditional award of 238,945 of the Company's ordinary shares of 25 pence each ('Performance Shares') was granted under the LTIP to Bhavesh Mistry.

The Performance Shares conditionally vest on the third anniversary of grant, subject to performance conditions. Those conditions are based 40% on Total Property Return, 20% on Total Accounting Return and 40% on Total Shareholder Return (20% against a FTSE100 comparator group and 20% against a FTSE350 property comparator group).
