In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R, the 
Company advises that, as at 28 February 2011, its issued share capital consisted 
of 79,162,725 ordinary shares of EUR 3.28 each with voting rights. 
 
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the 
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their 
interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Disclosure 
and Transparency Rules.
