   Notification of Interests of Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial 
                 Responsibility ("PDMR") and connected persons 
 
The  Company announces the  following changes to  the interests of  PDMRs in the 
Company's Ordinary Shares of  ?3.28 each ("Shares"). 
 
On  15 March 2011 the Company was notified  that the following PDMRs disposed of 
Ordinary  EUR 3.28 Shares in the Company as  detailed below. These Shares were a 
result  of exercises  on 15 March  2011 of Share  Options granted  at  GBP6.096 per 
Share  under the Company's 2009 Savings Related Share Option Scheme (Sharesave).
