   Notification of Interests of Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial 
                 Responsibility ("PDMR") and connected persons 
 
The  Company announces the  following changes to  the interests of Directors and 
PDMRs in the Company's Ordinary Shares of EUR3.28 each ("Shares"). 
 
On  10 March  2011 RBC  cees  Trustees  Limited  notified  the  Company that the 
following  PDMRs disposed of Ordinary EUR 3.28 Shares in the Company as detailed 
below.   These   Shares   were   a  result  of  exercises  on  10 March  2011 of 
Awards/Options  under  the  Company's  2007 and  2009 Bonus Share Matching Plans 
("BSMP")  granted  at  nil  cost;  under the Company's 2003 and 2009 Performance 
Share  Plans ("PSP") granted at nil cost; and under the Company's 2003 Executive 
Share Option Plan ("ESOS") granted at  GBP9.42 per share.
