Whatever I was sniffing two years ago proved to be a dud! The good stuff was sniffed last Friday! Still moving in a positive direction and I would assume there is more gas in this ones tank.Shifting my holding will be a problem though and its only a good trade when the profit is banked !

Hi Tom.(linney aka gluefactory) Bloody hell long time no contact! Liquidity? What the hell is that?! Living on my wits to be honest and trust this one will work out.

From memory CFM was a big holding of yours and I hope the 20p buyout worked in your favour bearing in mind they touched 2p at one stage

I agree with you Glue. You have shown tenacity and courage and I hope you do well with this. I still hold a few and so keep an eye on the board but my share capital is all tied up just now and I have no liquidity.

In conclusion - Brinkleys holding in Dragon amounts to approx £ 5.4million or 8million Aussie dollars plus approx £ 1 million cash in the bank which has possible erouded by a couple of 100k since the update. So effectively Brinkley has a book value(excluding any assets written off) of approx £6.2 - £6.4million - a far cry from the valuation of just over £2million at todays share price.Gunzburg might get full ownership of BRM but he is going to have to pay treble the current share price for fair value(even if BRM is seen as purely an investment company which we all know comprises Dragon shares and cash)

A bit of interest then, nice. I was getting quotes of 0.54 throughout the morning, so probably buys

Must have been a frustrating company to stay with for so long. And i've read back through all the posts on here, so thanks for the heads up. But like you i'm invested here as i think Dra is a solid, and under-valued company and that we can get a slice of Dra at these prices is a fair investment imo.

Have been a long term (weary)holder for the past number of years here.My original holding of 1.5million which cost £44k to acquire had slowly whittled down to 650k as I had to sell to settle other bad investments. So as of now I hold 2.15million

EDIT: Had a look over on Plus. There is a million trade at .59 and 750k at .625.My broker said my deal was executed at .62 for the full amount so perhaps they are other buys

Nice. I had a small top up at 0.54 today, too (showing as a sell). Chalice is strong, Dra fundamentals seem sound and currently under-valued. Interesting to follow the HotCopper Dra thread for some different perspectives imo.

GL with your holding

Edit: and your trade is showing on plus (total trades)

Linney AKA Gluefactory.Going for gold today on this one - have requested my broker to try secure 1.5million at a price of .61.Update coming on the 19th April and my guess is they may make a formal offer.Dragon on the up on ASX - 8.6cent close so effectively I am buying Dragon at a fraction of their real cost, and we still got a million in cash at the last count

And further down she goes! spread of 55-70 previously was actually 55-61.

I have a big holding in CRND which I am hoping to profit from soon(bought at 12.75p) and if and when I get out I will be using some of the cash to buy approx 1.5million if I can get them at these prices. These have got to be worth at least double if not treble todays worth purely on the shares and cash they hold, and PG will hardly be allowed walk away with cut price assets when the time comes to bid for outright control of Brinkley.Dragon are a tad off past few weeks - they stand at 8.1 cent currently

ASX ANNOUNCEMENT 23 MARCH 2010
GOOD DRILLING RESULTS AT THE ORIVESI GOLD MINE, FINLAND
ENCOURAGES DRAGON TO LOOK DEEPER
Dragon Mining is pleased to announce the receipt of results from a diamond core drilling program, which has
targeted the depth extensions of the Sarvisuo deposit at the Orivesi Gold Mine in southern Finland, below the
current limit of underground mining. The new intercepts include highlights 28.5m @ 6.03 g/t gold, 28.15m @
6.81 g/t gold and 23.00m @ 12.32 g/t gold, which were all derived from the extension of Sarvisuo Pipe 2.
The campaign of sub-parallel drilling totalling ten holes was designed to target structures from 540m level to
approximately 700m level, with the overall aim of obtaining information that would assist in determining if the
Sarvisuo decline and mining should be extended below its current planned base position at 540m level.
Results received are very encouraging highlighting the extension of known pipes, whilst intercepts such as
3.95m @ 4.61 g/t gold define new deeper mineralisation positions to the west of the existing Sarvisuo pipe
cluster.

Well, the graph since Sept looks awful - just as others are moving upwards and away, someone let the air out of BRM's tyres.

How do you call it now Papillon - are you thinking as I am that Eurogold will take an opportunity at some point in the future to snap up the remaining 60 % they dont already hold, at circa 1p per share or less?
