Posted at 05/8/2005 12:26 by 2lb BRV extremely active and aggresive in the telecoms M&A marketplace at the moment - would expect a couple to be announced in the next few months to expand the prodcut portfolio and technology capability. |
Posted at 20/3/2005 14:01 by jakleeds Been quiet on this board recently.A lot of the Business Section of the Sunday Times this morning is devoted to VOIP. It's well worth a read. They say that this is the year when it could really take off. That can only mean good things for BRV. |
Posted at 25/2/2005 21:05 by hybrasil 21000 brv sold at 95p. I think these could rattle up on monday |

Posted at 21/2/2005 21:45 by hybrasil Yesjak I agree. Beginning to build momentum and I reckon a lot of consolidation will happen in this industry and brv could be part of it- both ways! |
Posted at 21/2/2005 18:11 by jakleeds Lots of trades today, with two massive buys of 243,000 shares each.Still a long way to go imho, with a lot more interest being evident from the number of shares traded. There are potentially loads more deals to be done by BRV. Sit tight, all very exciting |
Posted at 19/2/2005 17:01 by hybrasil Very few posters here for what I think is likely to be a go go share. Its in the right sector everything now consolidating and brv is playing its part in that and indeed may play a part in someone elses play. I think you could see a further 20% gain very quickly on top of Fridays 11%. |
Posted at 05/2/2005 11:03 by jakleeds Diogenes,Sorry for the delay in replying. Both these and BRY look pretty good in my opinion. They both appear to have decent products, decent growth prospects and cash in the bank. BRV in particular, if they can meet growth forecasts, will be on a peg of only about 0.15 and per of 10. I've spoken to people about VOIP and it is set to be huge, as it is already in Japan and the USA. Okay, there is competition from the likes of Pipex, but that can only be expected. On fundamentals, BRV loks pretty good. This board is still pretty quiet so it looks as people haven't caught on yet to the growth prospects, and the same can be said of BRY. As always dyor of course. |
