Talking of distress.Brandshield systems plc now own 29.9% of IGS.From the latest accounts:.'As of 31st March 2020, the fair value of the Companys 29.9% investment in International Geoscience services limited (IGS) has been reduced to nil,representing an impairment of $238,725 on its previous valuation. There has been little progress in new significant contract wins nor continued business with existing customers. The business remains loss making and has diminishing cash reserves'.From IGS.28th February 2019.Frik Hartzer attended the Mining Indaba 2019 in Cape Town, South Africa in February 2019. The general mood during the Indaba was definitely more optimistic than previous years. South Africa in particular made a major effort to show that recent political changes should eventually be reflected in a better exploration and investment friendly atmosphere. Other countries that made significant presentations were Nigeria and Saudi Arabia. 'From an IGS perspective the Indaba was successful with established contacts renewed and new contacts generated'.October 2019:.They had just started a contract in Mozambique, completed projects in LAO and Cameroon. They then employed a mapping geologist to work in Mozambique, Begin technical support for Saudi Geological survey. Feb 2020 training Mozambique geologists.Oct 2020:.In a virtual signing ceremony held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, headed by Bandar Al-Khorayef, Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources and Chairperson of the Board of Directors of SGS, one contract and three contract awarding documents were signed by the IGS-GTK consortium, Sander Geophysics Arabia Ltd, Xcalibur Airborne Geophysics and the China Geological Survey. The IGS-GTK consortium signed the contract awarding document, to provide technical assistance, quality control and supervision of the survey programs. The event signalled the start of the ambitious RGP, whichwill survey 600,000 km2 of the potentially mineral-rich Arabian Shield in western Saudi Arabia..IGS value to TSI????? It's quite a nice idea isn't it, set up a fund to help distressed companies you are friendly with and have naive share holders foot the bill. Raise more money, ramp, flip into PIs. Rinse repeat.

I find it difficult to disagree this time having just read the accounts with regards to IGS(nil value). It gets worse. Just read KKME,leopard lithium and IMC.Lets hope its all worth it with the true value being realised when the Weshop deal goes through. We have given away an awful lot of imo fabulous assets for next to nothing
