If I wanted mining assets I'd invest directly, not via a vehicle used to bank role failing companies and only get a minor 17.8 percent stake. Don't invest in holes, especially those half way around the world.

Im just wondering how they are going to merge with Weshop because to me thats where the chinese money is coming from. New Enterprise ltd who are registered in Singapore are already 10% holders of Brandshield. This could really turn out to be something very special. It needs to be after diluting us 200:1. I expect more contract announcements from Brandshield in the next couple of weeks and we also have the drill results to come from KKME.Good luck

Ive never been but my uncle served there in the mid/late 50's. He brought home a Martin Colletti acoustic guitar that i was given in 1965. Still play it today. Very rare guitar

I thought it was a good logistical choice given the proximity of the Weshop Global office on raffles quay .You never know if the enlarged group becomes even larger it may be one of the ideal locations for an HQ along with Tel Aviv.Im not so sure i would be welcome at either to be honest

and just my opinion but luke is wrong. This business is well undervalued and maybe deliberately so to get the placing and the listing away strongly.
I like it and was happy to take placing shares and have already bought more.

Hodhasheron. TSI negotiated 33% of the deal so did well.
The TSI shareholders get 32.386mn shares in Brandshield
Out of 98mn issued.
There was a placing of 16m new shares at 0.10 or 20p new
So 114mn and change in issue once the deal is confirmed.
