Director Disclosure 
 
 
The Company received notification on 16 January 2009 by JTM Holdings Limited 
("JTM Holdings"), a company controlled by Anthony McFarland who acts as 
non-executive director of the Company, that on 3 August 2008 Ulster Bank secured 
a charge over the assets held by JTM Holdings. These assets include 766,666 
Braemar ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") representing 0.47 per 
cent. of the total issued share capital of the Company. 
 
 
The total beneficial interest of Anthony McFarland is 4,641,667 Ordinary Shares 
representing 2.83 per cent. of the total issued share capital of the 
Company. This disclosure has been made in light of the recent statement issued 
by the FSA giving clarification on certain disclosure requirements.
