FPO announce tomorrow.

They are also in the doldrums. They pay a dividend. Manage/own some good commercial property in Poland.

But I could be wrong.

They were totally undervalued and that is why we found them. Other organisations were bound to look them over and I see that the founder got a nice sweetener. Still good luck to him.

As you say a 54% up lift cant be bad. The club made their original purchase in early March

The club would not buy more but I took my own advice.

Large 2m trade today at 1.4p.

Well we are in but hardly likely to set the share price soaring just a small punt as bottom fishing.

I note that the spread is 1.3-1.5 however we bought at 1.35 so I would not take notice of the spread.

Well, I am sat in a cafe and read that Marc Duchesne, 47, has been convicted of stealing £15M from Investors.

Gave me a bit of a shock until I got home and realised that the guy who runs Braemar is Marc Duschenes who is 33, or thereabouts!

So they have bought £25Kpa ground-rents for £410K. That looks like a yield of about 6% with a reversion in maybe a hundred years or so. Not a bad deal. I would have done it at that price too ...

BRG had a seller at 1p for 100,000 this morning. A small amount to have such an effect on the price but the mm's don't like holding stock do they.

I see share movements between Tchenguiz family trusts have affected both BRG and ETQ.

Yes, held for a while so down about 15% on core holding

and like you topped up (topped up on monday)so nice little bonus. hope to see directors buying in also.
