Yes well as I said it's a stupid form that's been stupidly filled out. In EXACTLY THE SAME WAY OCTOPUS HAVE FILLED IT OUT.

Are you saying all the shareholders who fill out the stupid form that way are in a bidding war? Duuuurrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dear God, it's all so entertaining!

There are only two parties to the offer Brady and Hanover.
So unless you are Hanover you put no.
Unless you intend to make an offer or you hold discretionarily for Hanover.

LB28 the cash offer is the one at 10p from Hanover.
You may have a brain, please start using it!

-------------

It says:
(f) In addition to the company in 1(c) *BRADY* above, is the discloser making disclosures in respect of any other party to the offer?

IN ADDITION.

Either I am right or HH have filled it out wrong.

Because if it's simply CC's holding they should have put NO.

It's possible there will be a counter offer but nothing in that RNS is about that IMO. It's just a stupid form that has been filled out stupidly by various stupid people by the looks.

Look at the Octopus declaration

htps://www.investegate.co.uk/octopus-investments/gnw/form-8-3---brady-plc/20191015120240H8076/

They've done the same as H Hale. I expect you'll tell me that all the shareholders are a concert party and are about to offer 3 trillion Hungarian forint per share?

Has anybody never seen these forms before?

They didn't answer Yes because its in connection with a cash offer or possible cash offer.

You then put N/A and not yes.

It's purposefully so the person making a new offer can remain hidden until the RNS.

Purrrleeease!

(f) In addition to the company in 1(c) *BRADY* above, is the discloser making disclosures in respect of any other party to the offer?

If it is a cash offer or possible cash offer, state “N/A” *They answer* N/A
If YES, specify which: *they've put nothing ie they are not declaring an interest for someone else who is about to make an offer*

Stop talking tripe SVP!

Eezy is correct the disclosure is a standard opening position disclosure under section 8 of the takeover rules. If you look at any of the takeover stocks these are common. Have a look at ELA it was a new deal yesterday so will have similar disclosures.

If it is a cash offer or possible cash offer, state “N/A”.

And what did they state..???

Yep N/A.

IF it's not in connection with a cash offer or possible cash offer, you put NO.

lb28

No no no.

It looks like nothing has changed at all. H Hale, which is part of Canaccord, holds 10.15%. Same as before the bid. This 8.3 form has to be completed by holders over 1% when there's a bid. This is just a formality. Please stop ramping away unless you have some information that contradicts what I have said.

Read the RNS properly!!

IT IS BEING HELD IN CONNECTION WITH A CASH OFFER OR POSSIBLE OFFER.

So either Canaccord are going to be making an offer OR they have sold it to Hanover OR they have sold it to a new bidder.

Don't be daft LB28.

Canaccord are listed on the website as having 10.2%
H Hale are part of Canaccord

Shareholders over 1% are required to declare position with an 8.3 form, so this is just notification of an old holding in the name of H Hale which is ultimately ownwed by Canaccord. With great likelihood I'd say.
