This is not a new stake if they had dealt in any shares since the bid was announced they would have to declare it in a Rule 8.3. This is an OPD they could have had the shares for some time.

I would say the large buys have taken the share price higher along with the relatively small freefloat.I haven't seen many sells over offer price of 10p which is the minimum that shareholders will receive so I am not really sure of your point?
