End of the tax year, end of Easter Holidays for some, middle of the holidays for others. No wonder the markets and bulletin boards have been so quiet.

Next week the beginning of the new tax year. The end of this month/next month drilling at Basin should be completed. If the MRE is increased to 2.5mt then $3m will become available.

Here is a presentation from the Master Investor Show a couple of weeks ago.

Good evening to you all. Its over 10 years since I last used my account here. I just felt that I needed to say something after reading the posts from Albert. I think that anyone that takes such delight in the fact that others may be losing money, needs help!
So to cheer him up:- I am sitting on a six figure loss at the moment. Bad timing rather than a bad choice. I also broke a rule by using some trading money rather than just investing long term.
Much as the bad timing is annoying it does not distress me. 10 years on Aim has taught me to roll with it. But i do need to release some of the trading cash.
I spoke to Ian Stalker in the last month, really to congratulate him on parting company with CF, and question why, on all "positive" news, any rise in share price gets sold into.
His view was that there was an overhang, caused by LRC selling down their holding. (19.m Shares originally). This was a strategic decision by LRC to reduce their holdings across their numerous Lithium companies. Having then looked into LRC, this did make sense as their real business is royalties.
I have no idea if this was correct or contributing to the steady decline, but I agreed I would not be selling any until the New Year.
I still have lots of unanswered questions though. Jim Mellon bought another 8 million at 4.5 pence. Where from?
I still consider the BHL story could be a good one, it has a strong headwind at the moment, from sellers as well as the Lithium price.
If I was a new investor today, I would think twice. The share price decline looks appalling and their has been some poor management. Notably having an auditor that was not able to function on the TSVX.
And having a decimal point in the wrong place on the last RNS.

I have tabled some questions for the AGM this Thursday, which I shall be dialling in to.

Follow the money. Jim Mellon 19% and Nigel Wray 5%. Both shrewd investors. Good enough for me. Wray very much trusted at Saracens. Tried to do too much for his players.

Hi All, I just released my review of the interim results for Bradda Head Lithium (#BHL). In this video I look at the current status of the 2 main projects as well as a deep dive into the financials of, what appears in the face of it, rather a costly business, albeit full of opportunity. The Millipede,

Yes Thacker Pass is a clay project and there are several others. There was some discussion on this thread about several clay projects and I've given a link to an old article about clay projects at the end of this post.

There are still very few such projects compared to Brine and Hard Rock projects and don't compare when it comes to the number of mines.

Also companies are still trying the best way to process the clay and sonic drilling is now being used. So clay projects are in their infancy.

My opinion is that investors will be happier with clay projects when they see some successful mines.

As I say, Texaschaser, very early days for Bradda.

You sound like Sideshowbull on another thread, NY Boy. Of course charts don't lie because they give the picture of what's happened. These small companies are still mainly news driven.

Your showing just how much of a rookie you are Albert - I've just given you a very good expose this morning. And I'm in the business of helping fellow investors through good research something I've not seen you touch on

25/08/2023 07:00 UK Regulatory (RNS & others) Bradda Head Lithium Ltd Audited Final Results for Year Ending 28 Feb 2023 LSE:BHL Bradda Head Lithium Limited

"Bradda Head Lithium Ltd (AIM: BHL), the North America-focused lithium development group, is pleased to announce its audited financial results for the year ending 28 February 2023, and the Management's Discussion and Analysis for the same period .

Financial and operational highlights

-- Raised total gross proceeds of just under US$ 13 million, issuing 73,195,560 new ordinary shares to institutional and other investors;

-- Following the successful completion of a follow-up drill programme during October 2022, the Company updated its Basin East MRE, resulting in a 22% increase in LCE tonnes, for a total of 371kt of LCE;

-- Completed a maiden drill programme at our San Domingo pegmatite asset, with a total of 47 holes drilled. This was the first 'modern' drilling campaign at these historical targets since the 1950/60s;

-- Strengthened our on the ground team with the key appointment of Joey Wilkins as COO, who is a highly regarded geologist in the US arena with extensive experience and knowledge of US geology, specifically in Arizona and Nevada;

-- Completed a dual listing, with the Company's shares admitted to trading on the Canadian TSX-V Exchange under the ticker BHLI.TSXV.

Ian Stalker, Chairman of Bradda Head, commented:

"The financial year has been both busy and exciting, with the Company raising gross funds of just under US$ 13 million as part of a successful UK and North American placement in April 2022. The funds were strategically deployed to successfully fast-track our first drill programme at our San Domingo pegmatite resource in Arizona and complete our second Basin East drilling programme since listing in 2021. We now have 371kt of lithium carbonate equivalent, and an exploration target of between 1Mt to 6Mt of LCE over the Company's Basin projects. We also significantly increased our hard-rock lithium bearing landholding position in Arizona, and strengthened our team members with key senior appointments, including adding Joey Wilkins as COO.

Several catalysts are on the way for Bradda in H2 2023 and H1 2024, as we continue to develop our assets. Drilling is wrapping up at Basin with an updated MRE being worked on currently. We have an internal target of a +1Mt LCE resource, which would trigger the second royalty payment of US$ 2.5 million from Lithium Royalty Corporation. We have also mobilised a drill rig to kick-off the second drill programme in 12 months at San Domingo, with the primary aim to delineate a resource. Funding is in place for these programmes and we look forward to updating the market with the results of these and other initiatives."

Copies of the 2023 Audited Report and Financial Statements are being posted to shareholders and will shortly be available from the Company's website www.braddaheadltd.com .

The Company will post its Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to Shareholders at the same time. The AGM will be held at the Sanderson Suite, Claremont Hotel, Loch Promenade, Douglas, Isle of Man IM1 2LX, with the date to be confirmed. ..."
