Engagement of Geophysics Contractor

Bradda Head Holdings Ltd (AIM:BHL), the North America-focused lithium development group, announces that, as part of its ongoing exploration efforts on the ground in Arizona, it has engaged geophysics contractor Terravision Exploration Ltd. ("Terravision") to conduct geophysical programmes at the Company's Burro Creek (East and West), Wikieup and San Domingo lithium projects.

Highlights:

-- Terravision has been engaged to conduct geophysical programmes with its leading ground-penetrating radar (GPR) technology, GPRplus(TM).

-- GPRplus(TM) can penetrate depths of up to 200m and will be used at Bradda Head's sedimentary (clay) and pegmatite lithium assets to identify different geological structures and layers by identifying differences in densities between the clay layers and basement rocks.

-- The geophysics programme should assist the Company with its forthcoming exploration and resource definition exploration programme, minimising the risk of unnecessary drilling meterage and accelerating the overall programme.

-- Research has confirmed that, due to the geological settings of the pegmatites, the GPRplus(TM) system can provide accurate high-resolution imagery of the resource area.

-- As stated in the IPO budget, a geophysical programme was planned at our pegmatite district, San Domingo. This has now been extended to the larger Wikieup-Burro Creek land package.

Bradda Head has engaged geospatial imaging contractor Terravision Exploration to conduct geophysical programmes using its GPRplus(TM) technology, a geophysical technique that uses density differences in geophysical features to identify different geological structures and layers.

Bradda Head has recently doubled its landholding on the Burro Creek-Wikieup lithium district to 47km(2) , and geophysical surveys are a proven, cost effective first stage in identifying prospective drilling areas within known clay beds. The survey will help guide drilling programs at the newly-staked claims and add further data to the planned drilling programmes at Wikieup and Burro Creek.

Previous research has already confirmed that the geological settings of the pegmatites, primarily hosted in metamorphic rocks, will provide a strong density contrast that can be defined with a high degree of resolution using the GPRplus(TM) system.

The geophysical programmes for our Wikieup, Burro Creek, and San Domingo assets will run over September and October.

Charles FitzRoy, CEO of Bradda Head, commented:

"We are pleased to have engaged with Terravision, a recognised Geophysics technology provider to advance our sedimentary and pegmatite explorations in Arizona. The GPRplus(TM) technology is truly world-leading and will enable us to accurately plan our drilling programmes moving forward in order to maximise the resource potential of our assets.

"We already know from previous geological tests that the make-up of our pegmatite deposits are such that Terravision's systems will produce very high-quality geospatial imagery, which will again increase the chance of successful drilling operations in the near future."

"Conducting geophysical programmes like this ensures we are only drilling where we are confident we should, reducing the environmental impact and any unnecessary costs"

About GPRplus(TM)

Terravision Exploration's GPR, also known as GPRplus(TM), DPR or DGPR, is a ground-penetrating radar technology that identifies the presence of mineral resources in geological features at up to 200m. With minimum cost and in real time, GPRplus(TM) can gather information about the geological structure of prospective areas.

With origins in lunar sub-surface mapping during the Apollo and LUNA missions, and in Russian Mars exploration programmes, Terravision was one of the first companies to take advantage of the low-frequency deep imaging GPRplus(TM) systems on earth and has been at the forefront of GPR operations since the emergence of the technology.

Notes to Editors

Bradda Head Holdings Ltd is a North America-focused lithium development group. The Company currently has interests in a variety of lithium projects, the most advanced of which are in Central and Western Arizona: the Burro Creek project (Burro Creek East Project, and the Burro Creek West Project) and the Wikieup Project.

The Burro Creek East Project has an estimated an Inferred Mineral Resource (JORC) of 42.6 Mt of lithium bearing clays at an average grade of 818 ppm of lithium for 185,000 tonnes of lithium carbonate equivalent (LCE). The Burro Creek East Project also has additional exploration potential for extensions to the current model of between 50,000 to 300,000 tonnes of lithium carbonate equivalent.

The Group intends to continue to develop its three phase one projects in Arizona, whilst endeavouring to unlock value at its other prospective pegmatite and brine assets in Arizona, Nevada and Pennsylvania.

All Bradda Head's licences are held on a 100% equity basis and are in close proximity to the required infrastructure.

Bradda Head is listed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange with the ticker of BHL.
