Announcement Regarding Interim Financial Reporting

Boussard & Gavaudan Holding Limited (the "Company") announces that its condensed half-yearly report and unaudited interim financial statements (the “Interim Report”) for the period ending 30 June 2024 will not be reviewed by the Company's auditors as in previous years. The Company is currently in wind-down and the Board considers this decision to be in the best interests of shareholders and is in line with the Company’s cost management strategy.

Whilst the Interim Report will be prepared in compliance with the applicable accounting standards, a statement will be provided, in compliance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (DTR) 4.2.9 (2), that it has not been subject to an audit or review by external auditors.

The Interim Report will be available on the Company's website (www.bgholdingltd.com) and through the London Stock Exchange's Regulatory News Service (RNS).
