I was out long ago - there is no business , no revenue ! It is technically insolvent - that is , " it cannot pay it's debt as and when they fall due " ! Therefore , the directors have a serious problem. It will go broke or be rescued by an opportunist investor ! It clearly will not trade out of its difficulties.

If you think it's private investors selling down this stock you need to see a psychiatrist.

The company has annnounced another drawdown with itself for 16p when the share price is half that. Mug PIs who don't know what is going on fall for it everytime. The MM mark the price up mugs enter thinking WOW I'm buying stock for 13p when an institution investor is buying the same stock for 16p. Gosh I'm in 3p profit already.

They don't know or just too thick to remember that Innovation and BOS are technically the same.

When the mugs have stopped buying the shareprice drops back to 9p. The company states the drawdown is reduced due to income generation. That is correct income generation is coming from the issuance of shares.

You cannot boast about income generation one day and the previous day your auditors warn of a going concern basis.

Let see who falls for this nonsense AGAIN.

The current company was only formed in August 2016. It is only six months old. It has no commercial products as yet and cannot compete or tender for any major contracts. It simply does not have the economy of scale.

The company is still building itself up. It will take a few years for their new software to gain traction in the workplace industry if at all. Investors who purchase this stock are just buying into company hype at the moment.

PWhite73 is trying to warn investors of the reality of this company.
An example is the waffle below.

Tiptv, Proactive Investor, StockTube etc. When a director appears on any of these platforms that's when you know the stock you are holding is worthless.

Tested and proven with who? certainly no customers yet.

The one thing I will agree with which is the most important positive is that he is not issuing discounted shares to fund the company. I have my suspicions that he, his family or associates are behind Capresi but I think that was only to the value of £200-300k something like that.

I don't believe in the business model myself I think its all made up but so long as no new shares are coming to market value can be maintained for ordinary private investors.

Down another 12% today. Sorry I don't believe this billion dollar story at all. How does a company that brings about savings of billions or even hundreds of millions end up on the AIM with an initial market cap of just £4m.
