BOOHOO SHAREHOLDERS HAVE MADE A GRAVE MISTAKE & WILL REGRET IT
==================================================================

As other ADVFN contributors have stated, the outcome of the Boohoo E.G.M ultimately now means that Boohoo shareholders have given the Kamani family free reign to continue treating Boohoo PLC as their own personal cash machine.

Bringing the Frasers guys on board WOULD have diluted Mahmud Kamani's power, influence and poor decision making within the Boohoo Board room.

If Boohoo's management team are genuinely serious about cost cutting, then the best place to start is by getting all this lot of the Boohoo payroll.

Mahmud Kamani + Aisha Kamani + Umar Kamani + Adam Kamani + Samir Kamani + Nada Kamani + Charlotte Kamani + Rabia Kamani + Jalal Kamani

It begs the question, exactly how many "paid Kamani consultants" does Boohoo PLC actually need ??

Mahmud Kamani claims that Boohoo PLC operates for the benefit of all shareholders, but that simply isn't true.

It's well documented that Kamani's sole objective is to line his own pockets and the pockets of the rest Kamani family. It's called Nepotism and self-interest

It is also worth remembering that before being ousted by Kamani, former Boohoo Chairman Peter Williams warned shareholders: "Mahmud Kamani's interests are not aligned with other shareholders - he is only interested in his own family's financial well being to the detriment of others".
