That's not correct. Frasers Group only controls 28% of Boohoo's entire voting rights.

Frasers Group are seeking TWO seats in the Boohoo Boardroom at the forthcoming E.G.M which they are legally entitled to do.

There is no money on the table, no takeover bid, no binding Offer to buy - so Boohoo shareholders now have to decide whether Mahmud Kamani or Michael Ashley is the best candiddate to run Boohoo PLC

Frasers Group wrote to Boohoo, quite rightly demanding that all Boohoo shareholders should give their approval before any assets are sold. Frasers also want Boohoo to hire independent advisers to ensure any sales are made at "fair prices" and not to other members of the Kamani family at heavily discounted prices.

The letter stated: Boohoo's Directors have pushed Boohoo into a terrible refinancing deal, while refusing to engage properly with Frasers about it. They then rushed out a CEO appointment to try to block the say of shareholders. This has to stop. What will they try next? Desperate people do desperate things.

Frasers has set up a dedicated website for Boohoo's shareholders to provide all the information regarding Frasers solution to Boohoo leadership crisis.



Boohoo's official response to this, is completely laughable !!

Before voting has even closed and before the votes have been officially counted, Mahmud Kamani is allegedly telling Boohoo staff at 49-51 Dale St, Manchester that he "thinks" he will get enough E.G.M votes to thwart Frasers Group.

I wouldn't get your hopes up, Mr Kamani.
