They don't store them as such - it's all managed supply and demand - we do have computers these days you know Before you attack my post I knew a head of IT at Next. They could press s button for a sock design - it would set in motion ships docking, stores clearing space etc for the product !What BOO do us simple in comparison

To store 2.5b worth of cheap goods you would need a warehouse the size of the Case factory of which you could fit 20 BOO units in, way over valued this.

Quote from the placing notice:

"As disclosed in a trading statement also released today, the growth rates of the Group's brands are accelerating the need for more warehouse capacity. Consequently, the Group announces today plans to construct a new automated super-site of c.600,000 sq ft, which is intended to provide boohoo with over £1.5 billion of net sales capacity, in addition to the estimated £1 billion net sales being provided by the extended Burnley site. The land acquisition of the new site, together with the construction, is expected to cost c.£150 million over three years to FY20."

Are the two sites close together (the "extended Burnley site" and the new "super" site)?

Not "2.5 b" but the warehouse could store 1 billion + of merchandise.
So BOO will have a huge storage capacity to supply anywhere and meet any sharp sudden demand (during Xmas etc.).

I can see both new and steel frame of the new building from my office, still cant see how this is worth 2.5 b.
They were going to put automated system in the new building but back tracked due to costs.. getting a lot of bad PR around here re how they treat the work force.

Looking at the chart, this would be a great time to form an inverted H&S and start back towards £2.60...fingers crossed

Bamboo what does this mean if there are still 220p share being pumped out into the market?

Surely It won't move up until they are taken up, basic supply & demand?

(It's a question, not a disagreement)

Just had a visit to the new warehouse site in Burnley, framework is well on the way, and the site looks massive. This company has big ambitions.

On my chart, the rising medium term [from 14/2/17] lower trendline will hit 213.5 on Monday 17th July.

A potential turn is marked for 17/18 July based on the apex formed by the meeting of this rising trendline, and the falling overhead trendline that began at the ATH on 9 June 2017

Price is benefiting from 50sma support

H&S tp mentioned earlier still valid imo while the price remains below the neckline.
