The réal issue here with this stock is clearly about supply chain issues. Genuine concerns about weather or not there will be a war with China. It's the same thing that is happening to Nike. I think the government will soon ban shein, from Uk markets, and soon the USA will follow. As a result you can see the careful steps Boo is taking by appointing such snr directors, to try & Sheild its self from such autcome

So back on the 29th July 2021 we broke the news that despite numerous protests from Boohoo’s U.S. legal team, Boohoo Chairman, Mahmud Kamani was ORDERED by the Federal Court to give evidence under Oath, via a 4 hour video deposition relating to the THREE Californian $100 Million Class Action lawsuits against Boohoo and PrettyLittleThing and NastyGal

Farid Khan v. Boohoo.com USA, Inc
Haya Hilton v. PrettyLittleThing.com USA, Inc
Olivia Lee v. NastyGal.com USA, Inc

Kamani was ORDERED to provide the Court with his personal testimony relating to the very serious allegations that Boohoo PLC and its U.S. subsidiaries have engaged in deceptive marketing practices in violation of California’s Unfair Competition Law, Cal. Bus. & Profs. Code § 17200, False Advertising Law, Cal. Bus. & Profs. Code § 17500, Consumer Legal Remedies Act, Cal. Civ. Code § 1750 and fraud, fraudulent concealment and unjust enrichment, to the detriment of U.S. consumers.

Despite the Court order requiring Kamani to provide his personal testimony by 15th August 2021, this deadline was extended to 15th September 2021 (at the request of Boohoo’s U.S. lawyers)

Kamani’s U.S. lawyers are clearly dithering and delaying proceedings, but why ???

As Chairman of Boohoo PLC, you would imagine Mahmud Kamani would be desperately keen to get everything cleared up and resolved as soon as possible, and without any further adverse publicity to harm the reputation of Boohoo’s branding and businesses in the U.S.A.

However, what we do now know is that the Federal Judge is NOT impressed with all the delaying tactics and Mahmud Kamani WILL NOW BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE HIS VIDEO DEPOSITION in October 2021 (at the very latest)

Lawyer, Ahmed Ibrahim, and co-lead counsel for the Complainant Plaintiffs recently told the California media:

“Mr. Kamani’s attempt to evade questioning of his own conduct, by hiding behind his lawyers and his employees was rejected. The Court recognized that it was Mr. Kamani who personally came up with the deceptive advertising and pricing practices at issue in these cases. We will conduct a thorough cross-examination and ultimately hold Mr. Kamani and his companies accountable for deceiving U.S. consumers with fake sales and false pricing schemes”
